1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by TheSpiritAi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). We use Razorpay, a third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions securely.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheSpiritAi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
